I have been teaching theatre for over twenty years. I began at the NIDA Open Program in 2000 working exclusively with children and adolescents. It was with those kids that I learned how to capture the attention of people, how to dynamize the room and the potential of this kind of work to transform lives.  

Now, aside from teaching theatre students at Theatre schools in Porto and Lisbon including ESMAE, ESTAL, In Impetus, ACT AND EVOÉ, I am also holding workshops and training for professionals from different fields, in a range of organizations including the EGOR Group, Santa Casa and Proficoncept in Portugal and Plan B in Russia.

Internationally, I have held a range of theatre workshops for The Monobox, London, Danske Hospitals Klovne, Denmark, Bol'nnychne Klouny, Moscow, Harlekin Theater, Tubingen, SÍN Arts Center, Budapest, and have acted as an assistant teacher at L'cole Philippe Gaulier in Paris.

I am currently one of a handful of teachers in the world specializing in and holding regular workshops in Bouffon.
